Quest 3-D has developed and patented a method for showing 3-D images
in a book without the need for glasses, and has founded a publishing
company together with colleagues from the industry to exploit this.
Six titles so far have been produced, (Published in the English language
by Dorling Kindersley) and sold in more than ten languages. The first
series is aimed at children aged between the ages of 8 and 12 and
is designed with two main purposes in mind. The first is to excite
and enthuse kids through the use of the third dimension and the second
is to use the third dimension as a tool to show them things that would
not be understandable or obvious in 2-D.
